Safe Zone Gimmicks
- You will see some blue area around Gerda and her lotus. These are safe zone, it's best to fight her while standing in these areas. The safe area around Gerda will shrink and expand based on her gimmicks.
- If you're outside of the safe zone, you will get damage from ice spike. There will be a ice gauge next to your character. If this gauge run out, you will have more freeze debuff and get even more damage from spike.
- NOTE: This will only apply if you're on the floor, so you can still jump around and not be affected by this.
Leap skill comes in handy here.
Ice Lotus Gimmick
- The lotus around the map will continue to bloom. When fully bloomed, if not stopped by players, it will turn into an ice dragon. This dragon will strike on player's location, causing small area damage. The annoying part is that it will spawns spikes in that area afterward, making fighting Gerda harder.
- In order to clear the lotus, step on it, you will see a circle with a rotating dot. In order to reduce the lotus, you need to press "X" when rotating dot lands on the blue area. Dark Blue area will reduce the lotus gauge by 1, land the dot on bright blue area will clear the lotus immediately.
Bloody Twister Pattern
- Like the Berserker's skill name indicate, Gerda suck the player in with a twister. Simple enough, just don't stand in front of her.
- Gerda creates clones that target each player. You will see an arrow tracking you as these clones are forming the whirlwind. One whirlwinds are formed, they will no longer track the players.
- As you can see, these whirlwind are relatively large and pretty much will cover all the safe area. So the best course of action is to jump to lotus location and guide the whirlwind to move outward.
Ice Marble Pattern
- Gerda charge a big marble above her then strike it down, dealing damage on a fairly large area. Pretty easy, dodge by finding safe place in the lotus' area.
Gerda's Garden Pattern
- You will see 24 count in the middle bottom of the screen. At this time, the safe zone around Gerda is greatly reduced. You have to destroy cumulatively 24 lotuses before time run out to end pattern.
- Gerda will try to interrupt you by summon ice balls that track players, they cause damage upon impact.
