Hardening Gimmick
- This gauge starts at 50% when dungeon start. The higher the gauge get, the less damage Blona will receive. Gauge will reduce by about 15% for every successful cocoon gimmick that will be covered in page.
Cocoon Absorption Pattern
- Blona summons a large cocoon hanging in the center and try to absorb it. You will see other cocoons connected to it. If you change the color of the cocoons on the ground to the different color before the gauge in the middle bottom fills up, the pattern will stop.
Inside Cocoon Pattern
- This pattern is used to reduce Blona's Hardening gimmick. You see Blona create 2 yellow portals on the floor that allows up to 2 players to enter. Stepping inside them will teleport you to another dimension that represent inside the cocoon.
- Once inside, you will continue taking damage (so it's a good idea to have a buffer there to heal you). You will see 2 big cocoons hanging above (purple and red). You then see smaller cocoon on the floor that looks like they are sleeping. Break them with basic attack will release small spider. Your job is to guide these small spiders to the appropriate color cocoon.
- Guiding all appropriate color spider will break the cocoon and reduce Blona's Harding gauge. If you break both cocoon, it will generate a HP/MP fairy.
- Note that this pattern will continue to go on and on. So when you think you have reduced Blona's Harding gauge enough, be sure to exit the cocoon by staying on the portal with the door icon. If you're the member that's outside the cocoon, you will see the cocoon yelling "help help help", that's your que to release your teammate.
Inner Denial Pattern
- Party members are trapped inside cocoon (red and purple). You will see smaller cocoons connect to them, match all the small cocoon to its connected one will allow you to free your teammate. Note that one small cocoon can be connected to both color, so just go one color at the time.
Chaotic Party Pattern
- Blona spawns lots of spike from the ground about 5 times, then all the small spiders will target a party member. Your job is to guide these spider to Blona to end pattern.

DeleteBeautifully explained, but question: Do the small spiders explode on the player?
ReplyDeleteWhen the small spiders get to the a player, you will see red circle indicating the explosion damage area. Simply run away from those area to avoid damage.
