Flame Zone Pattern
- Majority of Ash Core attacks leave flame are on the map. The more fire you step on, the more stack you collect, and the more damage you will take.
- To distinguish the fire, you need to jump to create whirlwind when you land. The whirlwind size depends on your altitude so back step would work too, it would just be a small whirlwind.
- If you do water damage, you can also distinguish the fire by hitting it.
Central Flame Pattern
- He create a circle that shirk 2 times. You need to stay inside the circle.
Breath of Annihilation Pattern
- He charge a flame attack and you need to stay behind him. Damaging him during the charge period will shrink the damage area.
Outburst of Anger Pattern
- He charge and you see a red area. Attacking him at this point will widen the area. When he collects all its energy, it casts a fire attack within the indicated range and drops meteors outside the range. So avoid the red area, then go back to it.
Fire Arena Pattern
- He charges and you see a red area. Again attaching him will widen the area. When done the area inside the circle is filled with flame, then the outside is filled with flames. So you just need to stay outside the circle then jump inside (because jump will create whirlwind).
Fireball Pattern
- This is Phase 2 pattern and activates at 80%. Pretty easy, he throws fireballs at you then big AoE area. Just dodge the red area ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Flame Explosion Pattern
- This is a Phase 3 pattern. He takes a stance and prepares for a blast. During the casting time, a ring of fire is given to one party member, and this ring is a safe zone after the explosion. If the user with the ring of fire is outside the marked range, the attack can be safely avoided.
- If you're playing solo, don't worry about this pattern, just stay outside the range. If you're in a party, call out so people know who has the safe ring.
