  • Content Entry:
    • After clearing the quest 'The Small Ray of Light Remaining', you can enter the Delezie Raid channel.
      • The Delezie Raid channel can be accessed from reputation level 63,257.
    • You can create a raid party through the NPC '3rd Battalion Adjutant Ironworker Carkeo' in the Delezie Raid channel.
      • You can create a raid group by talking to the NPC '3rd Battalion Adjutant Ironworker Carkeo' or through the Create Raid button in the Raid Finder UI.
    • After creating or joining a raid, you can start the content by moving to the right area and talking to the NPC '3rd Battalion Adjutant Ironworker Carkeo'.
  • Content Rules:
    • Content failure:
      • If the gauge reaches 100%, it will be considered a failure.
      • If you fail, your weekly entry count will be restored.
    • Restrictions:
      • The number of times coins can be used is limited.
        • The number of coin usages is shared per raid unit.
        • A total of 10 coins are charged when the raid starts, and 1 coin is consumed when resurrected.
        • In single/matching difficulty, coins are not used and you will be automatically revived upon death.

  • Start the raid:
    • Set the scale:
      • You can set the HP multiplier of monsters when creating a raid party in Delezie.

    • Battle preparations:
      • After all personnel enter the 'Azure Main' area, the raid leader can vote on whether or not battle preparations are complete through the raid start function of the NPC [3rd Battalion Adjutant Ironworker Carkeo].
      • Once everyone is ready for battle, the raid begins.
      • In the raid battle preparation UI in Delezie, you can check the avatars and party formation colors of other raid members.
  • Common system:
    • Island:
      • The Blood Village, Archipelago, Star Shelter, and Innae Island are located in the middle of the sky.
      • When an island is destroyed, the Malefic Gauge increases.
    • Saint Horn Call:
      • The party leader can move to the desired location by using the raid special key ( ` ). It has a cooldown of 6 seconds.
      • When used, all party members move together.
    • The Power of Awareness - Plague Reversal:
      • Once the Plague Reversal Gauge is fully filled, it can be used with the dungeon special key (Tab).
      • The Plague Reversal Gauge recovers slowly and is recovered additionally based on the amount of Clear Cube Fragments consumed when using skills that consume Clear Cube Fragments (not affected by equipment items that additionally consume clear cube fragments).
      • The Plague Reversal Gauge can be additionally recovered by clearing certain dungeons.
        • When you kill the Malefic Bomb Carrier
        • When clearing the plague zone
        • When dealing with derelict and entangled thoughts
      • When using Plague Reversal, you can hold down the dungeon special key for 3 seconds.
      • You can activate it by pressing the dungeon special key whenever you want.
      • The effect becomes more powerful when used when the monster's eyes are glowing red.
      • At the start of the content, three random raid members will start with their Plague Reversal Gauge fully restored.
      • Changes compared to the Test server:
        • The Plague Reversal Gauge is no longer affected by the Clear Cube Fragment skill.

        • The amount of damage to the monster's incapacity gauge when hit by the plague reversal has been adjusted.

    • Monster AI: Certain monsters move through areas depending on the situation.
    • Ambush:
      • An ambush effect occurs when a player is in a position where a specific monster will move before it does.
      • When entering battle with the ambush effect, it provides groggy time and resets the cooldown except for the awakening skill.

Phase 1 - Advance
  • Composition:
    • A monster unit appropriate for the area, 3 named monsters, and 4 types of Illusionary Monsters are deployed.
    • Phase 1 is cleared when you defeat the final boss, the Unjust Cell Gaper.

  • The Edge of Mist:
    • Defeating named and phantom monsters will restore the Edge of Mist Gauge.

    • The Malefic Bomb Carrier summoned in front of the island will decrease the island's HP and increase the Malefic Gauge if not killed for a certain period of time.
    • Defeating the Malefic Bomb Carrier will restore the Plague Reversal Gauge for all party members.
    • Defeating the Malefic Bomb Carrier here will grant you 1 coin and 2 uses of consumables for all raid members.
  • Named Monsters:
    • If you don't kill them for a certain period of time, the Malefic Gauge will increase.
    • One random monster among the named monsters will be created in an enhanced state.
      • HP increases.
      • If left untreated for a certain period of time, the Malefic Gauge will increase significantly.
    • When you kill a named monster, the damage you take from other monsters in the same area increases.

  • Gaze of the Maleficents:
    • The Maleficents move to an empty island after a certain amount of time.

    • When defeating the Maleficents, the damage taken from the Unjust Cell Gaper increases by 30% (up to 90%).
  • Unjust Cell Gaper:
    • Periodically spawns Malefic Unit and Malefic Bomb Carrier on the field.
    • If there are no Illusionary Monsters on the field, summon a new Monster Unit. When defeating a new Malefic Unit, Cell Gaper's HP decreases.

Phase 2 - The Final Battle
  • Phase 2 - When entering the final battle, recover 25% of the Malefic 
    • Changes compared to the Test server
      • Phase 2 - When entering the final battle, the HP of the island that is not destroyed is restored by 50%.
      • Phase 2 - Some monster HP in the final battle will be slightly readjusted.
  • Composition:
    • The Foolish Horsedig and the Tangled Thoughts, the Delezie of the Black Disease are deployed.

  • Plague:
    • There are six types of plagues that occur during the final battle phase, and one type is given to each of the Tangled Thoughts.
    • The following plague effects occur on the plague zone and plague seeds created by the Tangled Thoughts.
      • Scattered spores: Increase the number of plague zones created by 100%
      • Congealed plague: Increases the HP of regular monsters in the Plaguelands by 50%.

      • Nervous system activator: Increases the attack power of Tangled Thoughts by 50%

      • Mutant creation: HP continuously decreases when entering the Plague Zone.
    • When you defeat a Tangled Thoughts, the plague zone it created will disappear.
    • When you defeat a Tangled Thoughts, each remaining Tangled Thoughts will be granted an additional type of plague that has not yet been activated.
  • Plaguelands:
    • Tangled Thoughts creates a plague zone nearby at regular intervals.
    • The Malefic Gauge will rise periodically depending on the number of plague zones.
    • Plaguelands contaminate a nearby 3x3 area. Contaminated areas have the same effects as plague zones.
    • If the entrance to the island becomes contaminated by a plague zone, the island's HP will gradually decrease.
    • Defeating a Plague Zone will clear any corruption in a nearby 3x3 area.
    • When you kill a plague zone, the Plague Reversal gauge is restored.
    • Changes compared to the first server
      • The amount of Malefic Gauge that increases decreases depending on the number of plague zones.
      • When you kill a plague zone, the plague reversal gauge recovers by 10%.
      • The HP of regular monsters appearing in the Plaguelands is reduced.
  • Tangled Thoughts:
    • Periodically creates plague zones in nearby empty areas. Plague zone creation can be strengthened by the effects of plague.
    • You receive a buff depending on the number of plague zones you have spread.
    • The Malefic Gauge will rise periodically depending on the number of Plaguelands placed on the field.
    • When the Tangled Thoughts die, all the plague zones they spread are removed and they are moved to the cradle and changed to recovery status.
    • When the recovery state is complete, they will respawn in your area with 50% HP restored.
  • Foolish Horsedig:
    • When Hosdig moves to a location with Tangled Thoughts, it collides with said Tangled Thoughts.
      • Clashing thoughts do not create plague zones.
      • When a clash ends, the damage taken from the clashed thoughts increases. (Maximum 3 stacks)
  • Seeds of Plague:
    • Under certain circumstances, a Seed of Plague will spawn in the field.
    • Defeating a Seed of Plague will grant you 1 coin and 2 uses of consumables for all raid members.
    • When you kill a Seed of Plague, Hosdig and the Tangled Thoughts in the area, who are not in combat, will teleport to the location of the destroyed Seed.
  • In the deregistry of black disease:
    • When you die in Delezie, you will be moved to the cradle and change to recovery status.
    • Delezie, the one who bleeds dirty blood, will prey on Hosdig if Hosdig is still alive when his HP drops below 50%.
  • Amalgamation:
    • When the cradle's Tangled Thoughts and Delezie are both in a state of recovery, the two monsters will fuse and create a new entity. New objects will respawn after a certain amount of time.
    • If the Entangled Thoughts in the Cradle and another Entangled Thought are both in recovery mode, two Entangled Thought monsters will respawn immediately.
    • If there are no more monsters that can fuse, the One Who Sheds Dirty Blood will descend.

  • Live battle broadcast:
    • A real-time battle broadcast feature will be added to The 6th Apostle, the Black Disease Delezie Raid.
      • This is a function that briefly broadcasts the battle situation to other raid members depending on the progress of a specific monster during raid play.
      • The raid internal spectator function in use will be terminated and its use will be temporarily restricted during the activation time of the function.
Delezie Raid (Single/Matching)
  • Single: The content is cleared when you defeat the 'Unjust Cell Gaper' in a difficulty level that can be played alone.
    • How it works:
      • At the start of the content, you will be assigned to a random area within the Land of Trouble.
      • You must defeat the Maleficents and named monsters guarding the assigned area.
        • The Maleficents is protected by named monsters.
        • The Unjust Cell Gaper is protected by the Maleficents.
      • The connection between the area within the Land of Chaos and the Maleficents and named monsters is the same as in Delezie: The End.
      • Defeating the Unjust Cell Gaper will clear the content and you can obtain rewards.
  • Matching: The content is cleared when the 'Unjust Cell Gaper' is defeated at a difficulty level that can be played with up to 12 people (minimum 6 people) through the matching system.
    • Party Matching:
      • You can form a party of up to 4 people and try matching.
      • Pre-made parties will be placed in the same party in the raid created through matching.
      • In matched mode, the buffer will be in the same state as in single player.
      • Some users who intentionally disrupt progress will be blocked from using matching difficulty for a certain period of time.
    • How it works:
      • At the start of the content, each party is assigned to a single, non-overlapping area within the Land of Tribulation.
      • You must defeat the Maleficents and the corresponding named monsters guarding the area.
        • The Maleficents is protected by named monsters.
        • The Unjust Cell Gaper is protected by the Maleficents.
      • After defeating the Maleficents in the assigned area, the party can battle the Unjust Cell Gaper.
        • When you are in a state where you can fight the Unjust Cell Gaper, troops will appear to protect the Unjust Cell Gaper.
        • When you kill a troop, the health of the Maleficents / Cellgaper in battle decreases.
      • If you do not defeat the Maleficents of the assigned area, you cannot move to another area. Once all the monsters in the area are defeated, you can move to another area.
      • The connection between the area within the Land of Chaos and the Maleficents and named monsters is the same as in Delezie: The End.
      • Defeating the Unjust Cell Gaper will clear the content and you can obtain rewards.
