Verias the Doom (Ozma Raid)

Introduction

• Verias the Doom was first introduced in Black Purgatory.
• Here in Ozma Raid, he's the boss of "Tomb of Rest", which is the Main dungeon of Crossroad of Destruction.
• You must clear this dungeon to complete Crossroad of Destruction.

Chase Pattern

• This starts before you face him directly. Pretty simple really, just don't get hit.

Simple Patterns

• Just like all other bosses, if you see lighted area on the ground, stay away from them.
• Some examples below

Laser Pattern

• He starts shooting laser beams that spin counter-clockwise.
• You can walk along with it, or jump over the them.

Flame Barrier Pattern

• He start to summon flames that spin around him. At this time, his defense increased tremendously (95% damage reduction).

• During this time, you will need to direct his vehicle so that it would crash through him.
• If you success 3 times, it will break the pattern.

• From my understanding, Verias can do dash attack while he's doing this pattern. If you get hit by his dash, he automatically enter the next pattern.

Flame Catcher Pattern

• He jumps to the middle and summon a big purple circle. There will be 2 purple circles on each side of him (total 4 circle).

• There will be 4 flames rotating around the big circle, passing the 4 small circles.
• Every you touch the flame, it stops. You job is to make sure all 4 flames stop at all 4 circles.

• Because there're only 4 flames, if you accidentally catch more than 1 flame, move away so it can continue to spin around.
• In the example below, 2 flames were to hit the sader. So the player moved away and wait for the flame to circle around.
