- We all know that Aeterna is all about synergy gear. We all hear people say "Aeterna is only good for synergy character". But did you know these epics are actually really good for soloing play?
- Here I'll quickly show you how strong these epics are and why you should do this content. Playing as a NOOB berzerker.
What Gear?
- Really this character is super barebone. I ran Bee set on him, and in case you don't know, all Aeterna sets when solo will have the same stat.
- I got nothing on him. No enchants, aura, avatar, talisman, pet, insignia. No gear retexture. NOT even swap set. NOTHING.
- The only thing I got is +6 refinement on the weapon.
- With this gear, I was able to clear Black Shrine in about 1m15s with 48% Crit Chance.
Should You Do Aeterna?
- 1,000% yes, even if you're playing a DPS character. This content provide a much much much faster progression to your character with very little investment.
- If you're one of those alterholic player, this is great to gear up your dead alts. Farming with enough alts can get you full 11/11 Aeterna epic in a week.
- Take that in contrast with trying to clear 2+2 with full legendary gear. Full legendary will take you anywhere from 2.5~3 weeks of daily 5+5. PLUS you need basic enchants, swap set, crit cap, budget pet and title.
- Now imaging if you have Aeterna on a synergy character. Really you only need 8 pieces, so that farming time is even shorter.
- While doing daily solo 2+2 to slowly gear yourself up with regular level 100 epic, you can participate in other endgames content such as Pandemonium War, Occulus, Prey Raid, and possibly Sirocco raid. Even in Korea, people are taking Aeterna Syn in Ozma Raid (although you will need a bit more optimization and investment).
- Aeterna really takes away many roadblocks and expedites the gearing progress tremendously.
