- This is a Boss in Ispins the Usurped Land, a Legion Dungeon in level 110 cap.

Earth Tremor Pattern
- You will see a cast bar above him. When he slam down on the ground, it cause damage. You have to jump here. For better timing, jump at about 90% cast bar.
- During later phases, he does this more and more often.
Unstable Zone Pattern
- After each Earth Tremor pattern, he leaves those zones that appear green on the ground. If you stand on those green zone a few seconds, they disappear.
- If you don't, the next Earth Tremor will turn them red. When you step on those red zones, your movement speed is greatly decreased, and it drains your HP continuously.
Rush Pattern
- He pick a member and rush at them. You will see arrow following you so it would be easy to dodge. Around the battle ground, there will be pillars. If Itrenok rush into a pillar, you will get a short groggy.
- If there's no pillar left, he rushes into the side and slam on the ground (make sure you jump to dodge).
Roar Pattern
- This is a Phase 1 & 2 pattern and activates at 60% HP. Pretty simple, attack him to make the damage area smaller.
Consecutive Earth Rumble Pattern
- This is a Phase 2 pattern and similar to phase 1 version. Here he sneak behind you to attack then do earth rumble. This happen 3 times.
Ground Rumble Pattern
- This is a Phase 2 pattern. Itrenok slams the ground 4 times and casts a wide-area attack.
- The attack comes in two random forms. The first is cast in the shape of a donut, and you have to enter the safe zone and jump at the right time to avoid the pattern. The second attack is made widely around Itrenok. You also need to jump from a distance.
Rock Fall Pattern
- This is a Phase 2 pattern. Pretty simple, this is room wide, but the safe spot is right below him. He will slam afterword though, so make sure you jump
Upgraded Earth Tremor Pattern
- This is a Phase 2 pattern and similar to regular version. Make sure you stay in the safe zone when he land (the white area).
Spin Pattern
- Simple pattern, just stay away from him.
- Beside those main patterns. The fight with Itrenok is lots of jumping and dodging.
