Free Ika

• This is the first boss in Apocalypse, a new legion dungeon in Sky of the Thousand Seas season.
• During the fight, if you see silver bomb hovering on the map. You need to kick it to the direction of Ika.

• You will see blue lines on the map that turn red. Don't touch those line so make sure you jump over them if needed. When you see "cold bullet" pattern, where she has a circle close to her. Stay there to dodge the attack.

 

• The first major pattern is Ika summon 2 bombs that follows you. Make sure you guide them widely because the explosion radius is quite wide. After the bombs, dodge the attacks on the ground. Safe area is where you don't see the frosty ice. This will repeat 2 times.

• Next, you will need to run in circle because there will be more bombs following you. Afterward, stay in the circle around Ika to dodge the frosty ice. Then after that, you will see 3 bombs on the map. Attack the glowing one to clear pattern.

• Second major pattern involve you dodging the "cold bullet". Here you need to pay attention to the cold footstep on the map to see where Ika is going. Here also pay attention more carefully so you can kick the silver bomb to Ika's location.

Phase 2

• You see a yellow line in the middle of the map, and you get an ice gauge next to your character. Your gauge will increase continuously and you can decrease it by passing though the yellow line.

• Some of Ika patterns require you to dodge by moving from one side to the line to the other. For example, 3 orbs flying on the map toward the yellow line, they will cause damage on the other side. Or when ice orbs fall on the map, their explosion will cause damage on that side of the yellow line.
• If you get hit by these attacks, the ice gauge increase by a big amount.

• First major pattern is Ika throws many ice orb on the map. You need to make sure you guide them to fall on one side of the yellow line (because those explode afterward).
• Then dodge her frost line damage. Then she does room wide damage. Stand in the circle where she is to dodge.

• Next major attack is Ika summons lots of ice orbs on the map, one side of after another. Then guide the red area plate far away on one side (because it creates a large frosty area). This red area plate will happen twice.
• Then Ika jumps to create more frosty area along with more ice orbs. It's hard to dodge if you have low moving speed. Just stand on where there's no frost, and be aware of which side on the yellow line the ice orbs are.

• When Ika summon a huge ice orb, it will increase your ice gauge quickly, so you need to make sure you stay on the opposite side of the yellow line as the orb float around the map.
• At the end, the orb explode and freeze you. Watch your press "X" pattern at the middle bottom screen. Press "X" on the green zone will unfreeze you so you can run to the safe zone (where Ika is).
