• For DFO Fashion Week event, YOUR VOTE MATTERS! Avatar Sets will be given as a free event reward for the MAR 10 update according to the poll results! Avatar reruns will also be added during the MAR 10 updated according to the poll results!
• Be mindful about the refund system (e.g. content shops). It matters where you get the item from. The shop that you get it from is the place you can refund it to.
• From March 10th update, there will be changes to raid opening days. It will be Thursday to Monday.

• Why are you guys keep trying to hold on to class change ticket? Both kdnf and cdnf got one around the vp patch, but we have not. Last year we had one during/around new year/xmas event, but that didnt happen this year too. And you told us there will be a major reward, but the ticket is still missing. Are you guys just try to hold on to it forever?
• We don't have any plan to provide advancement change scroll. It's something that can change the dynamic of the game too much.
• Please consider expanding the avatar inventory space further. Having to struggle sending whatever tradeable avatars I have in my inventory over to other character whenever a new package comes is frustrating. It will eventually get to a point where my inventory will be completely filled with untradeable avatars, meaning to even move them around I will need to use transfer stones. I don't think KDNF has this much of an issue with avatar space because their avatars are generally tradeable, including the Hidden Rare Avatar sets. As suggested previously, if the inventory space cannot be set higher than 640, then why not at least increase the amount of dummy slots you can purchase in the Avatar Closet?
• Brought up with the dev, they will review. It's not an easy task to do.
• Do you think we could get the advanced dungeon changes fast-tracked? I think they would be an extremely nice QoL change.
• We're reviewing, and this will be in March 10th update.
• Can the reward of doom oracles using will of transcendence be increased? Mu hard raid used to give 160 doom oracles but now has been removed.
• We will give you Doom Oracles through other ways, but not through Will of Transcendence.
