Notable Boss Mechanics
- Malefic Yomumu: The main gimmick for this boss is to use "Beyond the Memories" function to enter Beyond world.
- This is similar to Prey raid gimmick where you enter light and dark world. By using this "Beyond the Memories" function, you can dodge Yomumu various room wide attack.
- When you're in the Beyond world, you will see a green circle on the map, if Yomumu eat you, he will take damage
- Cladis, Priest of the Mist: The main gimmick is the chill gauge next to your character. When you face Cladis in Memories world, this gauge fills up.
- If you enter the Beyond world using "Beyond the Memories" function, your attack is increased by 30% and chill gauge will decrease.
- When chill gauge deplete, you're forced to go back to Memories world.
- Ice orb pattern: Gladis create some ice orb on the map, grabbing them will generate cold to the surrounding area after a certain period of time. If this cold hit Gladis, his neutralization gauge decrease by 10% and your chill gauge increase significantly.
- Mist Trial: You see a number count on the middle of the map. You need to gather the ice orb and hit Cladis with the cold twice to break pattern. Success pattern will have damage correction of 140% with your chill gauge pretty much full (so enter Beyond world and nuke him)
- Maleficent Human Douglas: Similar to Malefic Yomumu pattern, use "Beyond the Memories" function to dodge his attacks. In the example below, the player use the function to eliminate purple and red damage areas.
- Rotting Toahtamo: When you attack Toahtamo, it will drop green orbs on Memories map and blue orbs on Beyond map. If you pick up 3 green orbs then switch map, you receive damage buff. On the other hand if you pick up 3 blue orbs and switch map, you receive Neutralization gauge reduction buff.
- In the example below, you can see he pick up the blue orbs first. Once switch map, Toahtamo neutralization gauge decrease significantly. He then grab green orbs, then switch, and his damage correctly increased.
- Hand-to-hand combat: This activates when HP drop below 40%. Toahtamo digs and track players along with producing white orb on the map. Gather the white orbs to decrease the count on the map before timer runs out.
- Zenon, the Pursuer: Zenon main gimmick is the tracking pattern, which gives his name the pursuer. Here you will see the circle follow you wherever you go. The tracking will stop when you use "Beyond the Memories" function to switch map. So you must use this to set up safe zone for yourself.
- Approaching Orbs: You see big orbs approaching the middle. Simply basic attack Zenon's minions on the map to take those orb off.
- Zenon's Minions: Just hit those small thing with normal attack to destroy gimmick.
- Groggy Pattern: you hit the minions that appear around Zenon with a basic attack, they will drop an orb. If you eat 3 of these orbs and hit Zenon 3 times, you will get groggy.
- That's it. Hope this help ya.
