• Mileage daily limit follow up: After previous ExStream, many has told Community Advisers that they limit was not there before. So we ran reports and confirmed that there were no Mileage daily limit from early 2018 to May 2023. We apologize for providing the inaccurate information.
• We're aware of how the adventures are taking the change from unlimited to 50 daily mileage. Based on our data, 58% of our users were getting less than the 50 mileage per day. 77% of users was getting less than 100 mileage per day. There are few that get more than 100 but there are accounts that got abnormally high amount of mileage per day.
• We misunderstood the 50 daily limit. Thus the mileage shop updated on May 30th was based on this. If we reverse this to unlimited as before while keeping the current shop as is, there are some main concerns. High value items such as equipment fusion content materials from the pouch will be distributed more than intended, allowing equipment fusion through repetitive dungeon clear with lower level content like normal dungeon goes against the intention. Additionally, we need to control bots regarding mileage shop in order to continue update the shop with high value rewards. Therefore, decision has been made to maintain this daily limit.
• However, upon reviewing the data, it was found that the majority of users were buying utility items such as rune/talisman selection box, retexturizer, EXP potion, megaphone, and more. For these items, after a long discussion with the dev from the past few weeks, considering the data of average daily mileage gained from our adventurers and previous prices of said items, we will decrease their costs. Here is the new shop. On Tuesday (6/27/23), we will provide 500 mileage as compensation.
• We high ask for your understand as we listen to player's feedback. We will continue to improve the mileage shop that aligned with the needs of our users for future updates.

Q&A

• kDNF has permanent weapon avatars in their cera shop. The last time we got those weapon avatars was in Linus' Weapon Clone Avatar Package. That package is from September of 2019 and there have been no opportunities to get those avatars since. Is it possible to rerun the nonclone weapon avatars from that sale such as the frying pan for male slayer, fishing rod for female slayer, and cat toy for thief?
• We have plan for this like Korea. The weapon avatars that was released from previous packages, we don't have play to distribute them through cera shop for now.
• When are we going to be able to even out our odd numbered play points?  That was touched in a few months ago in a previous exstream but still no event/change for it.
• We have not forgot about it. We will give it to you, probably events or other methods.
• There are a few classes with screen wide white flashes that cannot be disabled, even if you turn down skill opacity. All of Vanguard’s important skills have these flashes, and I know Male Striker has some in his skills as well. Secret Agent’s 95 skill has some smaller but just as bright ones. Vagabond and Dark Templar also have these white flashes in their Awakening skills. Is it possible to implement options that could disable these obnoxious flashes? There is definitely a risk for seizures or epilepsy from them. It’s very disappointing to be not able to play classes you enjoy because of this chronic issue.
