[Korea] Reinforcement / Amplification / Refinement Rate Revealed

• Korean Gaming Committee (Gov. Agency) has strengthened their "RNG Integrity Law" - (All games must be honest with their in game RNG that involves Real Money Purchases and reveal them) which forced Neople to reveal more of their RNG in game.
• Starting from tomorrow's client patch, the following rate will be revealed in game:
• Success rate at any reinforcement lv (beyond 10) [hovering over the number will reveal the mercy rate adjustment (the "white/blue/gold frames" if you fail certain lv multiple times)]
• Success rate at any amplification level
• Success rate at any refinement level
• Bind cube
• Kaleido box
• Talisman and Runes combination rate)
• Black Purgatory option change rate

• The event will take place on Dec 19th, 2021 at 1900 (I assume this is Korean Time)
• You can watch it on their Twitch and YouTube channel.
• Looks like they will have some kind on raffle for online viewer including things like laptop, computer, rare avatar, gold amp, and new aura

• Black Purgatory Competition is announced. Basically you record yourself clearing BP solo mode at various levels, and those people with fastest time get rewards. They give you rewards including another aura along with "Black Purgatory Master" seal (not sure what these are).
