  • DFO is a game full of daily and weekly homework and not everyone will have the time.
  • In this post is the outline of how much gold can you farm casually with just one character everyday, which is relatable for players that don't have much time to just sit and farm all day.
  • This post is inspired by this YouTube series episode 15, a series where this Korean player goal is to make a Sirocco Ready character without spending any real money and funnel only with two alts.
Character Set-Up

  • This data was collected on a weekend, where you get 176 Fatigue Points is stead of 156.
  • The character used in this post is Female Nen. The whole process took about 35 mins with this gears. If you have the gear rewards from events, it may take up to an hour of playtime.

Step-By-Step Process

  • The 1st Pit, you can clear the whole thing if you want, but at least clear the first few rooms for easy equip drops.
  • This doesn't require any Fatigue Points and give some easy gold selling to NPC.
  • Selling all gives ~67k.
  • Basement of Pain & Black Shrine Expert (2+2), these are must clear dungeons as part of DFO daily homework.
  • If lucky, you can some Aiolite.pngTime Crystal (Material).png, anyway, selling all drops now bring gold to ~145k.

  • Stormy Route, great place for gold farm with extra Aiolite.png on the side.
  • Selling all drops EXCEPT for rare items now bring gold to ~870k.
  • Note to leave 8 Fatigue Point at the end.
  • Disaster Sector, great for farming Terranium.png, only require 8 Fatigue Point to enter.
  • One clear of Level 3 Disaster Sector gives 27 Terranium.png.
  • Here you're out of Fatigue Points, now buy one Fatigue Potion on the Auction hall to recover 30 Fatigue Points.
  • Gold at this point down to ~796k.
  • Back to Stormy Route then Disaster Sector, 30 Fatigue Points will gives 2 extra Stormy clears and 1 extra Disaster Sector level 3 clear.
  • Total gain of 42 Aiolite.png and 54 Terranium.png.
  • Sold Aiolite.png on Auction Hall at about 8.3k each and sold Terranium.png to NPC Pumpkin Ball.
  • Gold now up ~1.5 million.
  • Extra cash from Rare Items, the author put all rare items collected from Stormy Route on the auction hall, and the next day, 3 out of 5 items were sold, gaining an extra ~119k

Result and Discussion
  • Of course the drop rate of Aiolite.png along with rare items may varies. Also you can't guarantee to sell all these rare items on the Auction Hall. But at the end of one character farming on a weekend, you can expect to get about 1.5 million gold per day.
  • On a weekday, however, since you only have 156 Fatigue Points, you're about 2 Stormies short as compared to playing on weekend. You can expect to get about 1.4 million gold depends on how many Aiolite.png drops on these 2 runs.

Recommendation

  • The entire process took about 35 mins with this full epic gears. If this is one of your character, this process is great for gold farming for those that wants to get some dailies done and don't really have a lot of time playing. 1.5 million a day is about 10 million per week for just casual 35 mins of playing everyday.
  • For those players that don't have this type of gearsDon't Ask. Double It! gives you great gears to start out. You may be able to clear 2+2 expert but to be honest, 2+2 normal probably won't make much of a different in your gold gain. As for Stormy Route, +12 Epic weapon will give you decent clear time, you may struggle here and there, but with patients and determination, you can still follow this process. It may take you about an hour though. If Stormy Route is too much, Ghent Palace is a great alternative.
  • For those players that only have legendary and no epic weapon, you can still follow this whole process, but instead of Stormy Route, you can do Ghent Palace. Unfortunately, you would get less gold.
