[Korea] Season 9 Side Story: The New Male Slayers

Male Slayer / Dark Knight Sprite Renewal
  • Dev's Note: We have updated the basic avatar visuals for Male Slayer / Dark Knight, which many adventurers have been waiting for for a long time. In addition, we applied a skill renewal for Berserker and Weapon Master, an update to improve the visuals of some job class old skills, and a performance supplement patch. We hope to provide a more satisfying play experience to adventurers.

Blade Master
  • Dev's Note: In the case of Flowing Stance-type attack skills, the cooldown time for each skill was adjusted to be the same to enhance skill linkage and usability, and the skill casting speed was changed to be affected by the character attack speed.
    • In addition, the efficiency of weapon mastery was adjusted to alleviate the performance gap between the lightsaber and other weapons, and visual updates were made to old skills.
    • In the case of gear swordsmanship, the finishing attack process was improved to track and attack the target to compensate for the vulnerability against fast-moving, unholdable targets, and some of the functions of the decisive battle weapon options were transferred to skills to strengthen basic performance.

      • Dev's Note: As this Flowing Stance skill was changed to be affected by the character's attack speed, we confirmed that it became difficult to link Flowing Stance series skills after activating Flowing Stance Clash when the character's attack speed was fast. To compensate for this, we have improved the pre-input time.
      • The key input time for linking Ryu-sim series skills has been improved.
  • Flowing Stance - Rise.png Flowing Stance - Rise: Cool time reduced (9s → 8s) Staggering is reduced when using Lightsabre. Changes to be affected by the character's attack speed.
  • Flowing Stance - Force.png Flowing Stance - Force: A feature that increases skill casting speed is added when used in conjunction with Flowing Stance series skills.

Berserker
  • Dev's Note: Berserker has an overall short skill casting speed in line with the concept of a berserker, and is designed to perform fast-tempo battles based on this, but the number of attack skills is insufficient compared to other classes, so the gap between using a skill and using the next skill is felt significantly.
    • To make up for this, it was deemed necessary to add two new basic skills and redefine the cooldown reduction effect that Berserker possesses, so some skill cooldown reduction functions that existed separately for Frenzy and Derange skills were removed and added to Frenzy skills. A function has been added to reduce the cooldown of all previous class skills except Awakening, and the values have been readjusted.
    • In addition, we deleted the Burst Fury skill, which was judged to have greatly reduced conceptual appeal and usability, and added the new skill Brutal Crusher. We also performed visual updates for some outdated skills to improve the overall play experience.
  • Basic Attack: Berserker-specific voice will be changed when making a basic ground attack.
