[Korea] Growth Efficiency Improvements

  • This update adds Option Growth system improvements along with dungeon conveniences to help players improve their characters better and faster.

Growth Efficiency Improvements
  • Dev's Note: In order to alleviate the problem of having to continuously farm the same equipment due to growth efficiency, we have added the ability to apply the growth experience efficiency to 100% when using the option growth system. And in order to minimize the inconvenience caused by the jackpot system, we have changed it to always trigger with the same efficiency regardless of the option level of target equipment and material equipment.
Growth Method Selection Function
  • With the new Option Growth function, you can now choose either the conventional or 100% growth.
    • Using the conventional growth option will keep the same way we have been having plus the new jack pot modification (will be mentioned later)
    • Using the 100% growth option will give you full EXP from your material epic. The basic amount will be 50 Golden Beryl, 50k Gold, 1 Power Essence. The amount of materials needed will depends on the option levels and they are added on top of basic amount.

Reorganization of Jackpot System
  • When using Option Growth system, the conditions for Great Success are changed so that it occurs probabilistically regardless of the level of the material equipment (meaning materials equipment's option levels don't have to be below target's).
  • In case of Great Success, the experience points are calculated based on the experience points of the options with the lower growth level among the options of the main equipment and material equipment.
    • Dev's Note: We also reviewed the calculation based on the experience of higher growth level at the time of Great Success. However, in this case, we have decided that there is a risk of repeating regular dungeon play because it would be advantageous to try to grow by continuing to farm low-level equipment on purpose.
  • Changes will be made to always apply the 100% experience increase effect at the time of Great Success, and accordingly, the probability of Great Success will be adjusted so that it can be applied with the same efficiency as before.

Improved Advanced Dungeon Play Feedback
  • Added a buff that increases the option level of epic equipment dropped from the final boss when you defeat the mid-boss monster in the advanced dungeon.
  • This buff can be stacked up to 4 times and will be reset upon clearing the dungeon.
Added Limited Mission Acquisition Items
  • Power Essence is added to the Golden Beryl Box among the limited mission clear rewards.
  • You can obtain 1 Essence of Power when using Golden Beryl Box.
  • Essence of Power cannot be obtained from Golden Beryl Boxes that are obtained before the update.

Added NPC Shop Sales List
  • You can now basically convert your lower tier materials to higher tier ones to help with your funneling. Doing some quick math here, one Ispins box (800 Batteries) will cost about 7,200 Ominous Crystals. I'm not sure if this box includes Ispins fusion epic.

Dungeon Improvements
  • Meister's Lab:
    • The HP of all monsters on Expert/Master difficulty is reduced.
    • Deterrence Operation

      • The maximum waiting time before boarding the vehicle is changed to 1 minute.
      • The jump height of the EF-MK1 vehicle is increased.
      • Gaebolg's damage has been lowered.
      • Geybolg's two-handed slamming pattern attack is changed so that it will only be hit when it is located in the attack omen area.

    • Talisman and rune synthesis cost is reduced.
