[Korea] Season 8 Act 2: Ispins the Stolen Land

  • This update adds new Legion dungeon called Ispins the Stolen Land, which include new enchants and new fusion epics. It also adds massive epic rebalance, along with new mini-game Dungeon & Life.

Ispins the Stolen Land
  • TL;DR:
    • This contains 4 dungeons, 1 for each dragon. Killing each dragon will give you epic and mats to buy more epics.
  • Arts and Illustrations:
  • Entry Information:
    • Can be entered on the same day as the raid: Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
    • Characters below level 110 cannot enter.
    • 1 to 4 people can enter
    • Entry Fame: 33043 
    • Fatigue consumption upon entry: 30
    • Weekly entry limit: 3 times
    • Weekly rewards: 1 time
    • You will receive a reward card flip every time you kill one of Bakal's Dragons (4 total), 
    • When all dragon rewards are obtained, the number of weekly rewards is displayed as 0.
    • If you have acquired all the weekly rewards, access to the content will be restricted even if the weekly entry limit remains.
  • Dungeon Rules:
    •  Restrictions:
      • A 60-minute time limit applies to entering each dungeon.
      • If the time limit exceeds 60 minutes, you will be automatically exited from the dungeon.
      • The number of dungeon re-entries is 30 times. The number of times will be deducted when re-entering the dungeon.
      • Coin usage is restricted.
      • All party members are automatically revived when you enter the next dragon's phase. When reviving, HP/MP is restored by 30%.
      • The use of recovery consumables and dungeon and life throwing consumables is limited to 8 times.
      • The use of consumables for dolls is restricted.
    • Content failure:
      • If you consume all 30 dungeon re-entries, the content will fail.
    • Abandonment of mission:
      • Party leaders can give up content through NPCs in each Dragon area.
      • If you decide to abandon, you can vote among party members, and if all party members agree, you can process with abandonment.
      • When you abandon, all dungeon progress will be reset.
      • When retrying, you must leave the existing party and create a new one.
      • When you restart the attack, you will not be able to receive the already acquired Dragon rewards. 
    • Regional buffs:
      • The regional buff ‘Irene’s Prayer’ is added.
      • Irene's Prayer buff is applied in the temporary Garrison area. 
      • When entering the dungeon, strength and intelligence increase.​
  • Dungeon Progress:
    • Dragon's appearance order changes every week.
    • You can enter the dungeon through the status board at the start of the content. The status board can only be operated by the party leader.
    • Players can choose 1 stage out of 3 cards before battle with each dragon. Think of these card as penalty to the players (e.g. limit 2 consumables, boss's damage increase 15%)
    • The party leader can choose the final card.
      • When the operation selection starts, party members except for the party leader will be given the operation recommendation time.​
      • Each card will have different recommended Fame (33,043 | 36,268 | 38,243).
    • The higher the card stage, the higher the additional rewards can be obtained.
      • Additional compensation cannot be obtained if the operation fails.
      • Operation progress is reset when retreating.
      • The number of rewards per Dragon will be deducted regardless of whether the operation was successful or not.
    • The operation is provided in various difficulty levels depending on the stage.
    • Some of the character's skills are weakened in Ispin's Dungeon.
      • Applicable Skills: Slow Heal, Healing Prayer, Meticulous Stitching
      • Skill weakening information can be checked on the Ispins channel.
  • Monster Encyclopedia:
    • The 'Stolen Land, Ispins' category has been added to the Monster Encyclopedia.
    • You can obtain the following rewards when completing the Stolen Land and Ispins categories.
Dungeon Rewards
  • Dev's Note: In Ispins the Stolen Land, the same fusion equipment as the previous season's Sirocco and Ozma equipment was designed as the main rewards. Convergence equipment is an option that allows you to experience the growth of a character without compromising the existing settings, so you can expect that the burden of fostering will be further alleviated. 
    • Convergence equipment can be purchased at full price. Existing farming items such as custom epics will also be provided.
    • Apart from the "Scattered Energy"  where you can purchase fusion equipment and card albums, "Chronicle"  and "Token"  items have been added so that they can be exchanged for enchantment beads or equipment pots, and sold if the item is not needed. It is designed to be able to acquire gold.
    • In the first server environment, for convenience, you can check the "Chronicle" and "Token" items through the flexible armory NPC's shop, but in the live environment, it is being developed so that it can be used through a separate NPC and interface.

  • Dev's Note: To help with the fatigue and character growth hurdles mentioned in 'DnF ON', we have prepared this content. "Storm's Wrath" reduces repetitive play of regular dungeons. It is designed in the direction of alleviating the growth hurdles that occur between contents.
  • Dungeon Info:
    • This dungeon consumes 30 fatigue when entering, and 10 characters per week are bound.
    • The dungeon is divided into Normal and Expert difficulty, and you can receive rewards once a week per character regardless of difficulty.
    • If you fail to clear and you do not obtain a reward, you can re-enter without consuming fatigue.
  • Dungeon Play:
    • The dungeon is based on the existing Eternal Flame Laboratory and Vericollis Temple.

    • You can get a gift with the customer's heart through 'Greeting' when you first meet with the customer.
    • You can obtain the 'Happy Heart' item by solving the customer's quest. 'Happy Heart' is a material needed to purchase decoration items or raise the level of the fountain.
    • Depending on the customer, the weather in the village is forcibly changed.
    • Each client will sell various decoration objects and weather effects. You can purchase various decoration objects through the items you want.
  • Getting close & ask:
    • 'Getting close' and 'Asking' are available to the NPCs below who stay in the village: Pioneer A, Recorder Celine, Warehouse Keeper Bibi, Fisherman Eddie, Craft Master Day, Farmer Goodman, Archaeologist Pine.
    • Through the 'getting close' function, you can increase your likeability with NPCs by gifting items they like to NPCs staying in town. If you have filled all likeability, you can use the "Ask" function.
    • You cannot proceed with asking NPCs with low intimacy.
    • Gifts can be given once per day per NPC. It resets every day.
    • A heart effect is displayed around NPCs that are full of like.
    • You can make various requests to each NPC through 'Ask a favor'.
    • A certain amount of labor is required for 'Ask a Request'. If there is not enough labor, you cannot proceed with the request.
  • Exchange Area:
    • You can move to the exchange area through the 'Exchange Area Guide Tumber' located to the left of the exchange area.
    • You can purchase items necessary for Dungeon & Life with seals through NPCs in the exchange area.
    • If you stay near the 'Fountain of Peace' in the exchange area, the adventure team's stats will be strengthened for a certain period of time.
    • When strengthening, the contents of the Adventure Team buff will be changed for a certain period of time.
      • Users below level 30 of the adventure group will receive the same buff effect as the level 30 adventurer of the adventure group.
      • If the number of stat increases obtained through buffs is less than 20, it will increase by +20.

    It doesn't sound like it'll be an event? It's an actual customization and there's even a storage afterall. But than again I thought so too for Neo:Otherverse so who knows. Lol XD

  4. Do you know if there's a way to get life tokens in Ispins? I'm having a hard time as a newbie trying to solo it.

    1. There is not. That's what make the dungeon hard. Also on the lastest Exstream, the dev talked about bringing the ispins improvement on April 4th, 2023. This improvement will allow 2 life tokens if you select level 1 difficulty.
