• New aura (Heartwarming Meow) has 10% All atk, 1 passive level, 100 STR/INT, 25 PMI, and 25 elemental damage. Elven/Aeterna/Apostles Aura has 5% All atk, 80~100 STR/INT, 25 elemental damage and some has no PMI at all. But they do have the same fame (452), Why?
• We found out this was a bug and will fix as soon as we can. Will give out notice
• Plat emblem prices has been shooting up the ceiling ever since latest emblem rework patch. Class with already low supply of emblems are now in situation where they can't even find one in AH and forced to pay 60m for selectable emblem box. Introducing Plat emblem box in LT hasn't improved the situation. Is Neople awared of this and is there plans to address plat emblem prices?

• Why didn't we get the multiple color variation of the Blitz avatar
• KDnf has the 1A package with multiple color. We will consider releasing it with the Awakening All-in-One package
• A fair number of people have opened the wrong Gold Green/Yellow emblem due to he mislabeling, will there be ways to refund the emblem for the emblem box or through manual review?
